Is this function is available only for Pro tools ultimate users? I don't see any overlay option using pro tools Studio, and i just upgraded to 2022.6.0

Does anyone know how to get the 1 hour to always be there on the timecode?
Mine looks like 00:00:00:00 and I want it to look like 01:00:00:00, like in this video
