Holy Moly! Who knew I had so many juicy points! Joelle thank you for another great session. I would love it if you could do a 10 minute roller session. That said, this 20 minute one will definitely become part of my practice rotation.

Loved it and yesss please more foam rolling classes! I felt a lot in the right side of the upper back, (a sore spot for me) and in the knee-pits 🧐. Now I can massage these spot better 😌. Thank you so much! ❤

This was soooo helpful. My dance teacher always recommends foam rolling but I wasn't doing well on my own and got really frustrated. I appreciate the guidance! The upper back portion felt great!!

Hey Joelle! I just bought a quality roller for my home gym because there is such a big spash about the benefits gained from these. YOU are my crash course instructor and I will definitely say with full confidence, your flow is a perfect guideline for my needs. I felt fully energized and ready to go with my free weights and resistance training. I did your 20 min. stretch again post work out and this made my day without the soreness gained from the weights.
