The LP is indeed better than CD and the proof is right here. Back in the 1990s, Madonna's CDs of her first 4 albums gained notoriety for being too bright sounding. Madonna's 1980s era CDs probably sounds painful when played on a 'speaker with a balance like the Focal Kanta.
