*DISCLAIMER*
I am not a PC expert, I was having trouble finding a solution, so I created this video, hoping it would help someone out!
This adapter is for an extended display, not a duplicate display, If you want a duplicate display you can purchase an HDMI splitter.
This method is better for extended display on dual monitors when you only have 1 HDMI port in your PC to avoid additional purchases/upgrades.

Yo thanks a lot, bro, my recent problem was I didn't know what to do because I had 1 HDMI port and I recently got a tv. I want to increase my productivity so I looked it up on the internet.
my first solution was buying an HDMI splitter later I found out that the HDMI splitter doesn't extend it just duplicates so I got another problem. thank you for making the video because I would have just given up on the dual monitor dream and just switched the hdmi whenever I wanted to use the other screen. luckily I found this video problem is now solved thanks a lot

Great video, I’ve been trying to do this for a while now. I keep buying the wrong stuff. Bought a hdmi splitter but all that does is mirror your main monitor which is useless.

Good thing RX 7900 XTX has 2 HDMI port and 2 Display Port I put both on HDMI it worked perfectly but my first monitor im getting 144hz and second monitor im getting 165hz
