I had a bottle of Earth Pigments acrylic binder sitting on the shelf, and wondered whether it would work to create a "Fiona Flower".
Here's the "pouring medium" I used (Floetrol isn't considered to be a pouring medium)!
4 parts U.S. Floetrol
1 part Earth Pigments acrylic binder
Mix 1 part paint with 2 parts of the above mixture.
