I think Warmog's was the right play here but for future consideration i would suggest a Rabadon's Deathcap due to the fact it would make all your items more gold efficient. Demonic embrace is converting a percentage of the health, which all your items are offering, into AP, and by buying Rabadon's Deathcap, all the AP you're gaining from Demonic would be increased, effectively increasing the health to AP conversion ratio. This makes all your pure health items more gold efficient as they are effectively granting more AP, this obviously increases the gold efficiency of Rylai's for its raw AP and health, and it makes your Heartsteel stacks more valuable.

Not to mention Heartsteel's mythic passive would make it so you are still gaining health from Rabadon's since it makes all your Legendary items increase your bonus health by 1% I'm pretty sure. I could be mistaken and Heartsteel is just giving a percent increase to the health the legendary already offers, and I don't play tanks often so if Heartsteel's mythic passive values have been changed it may be less than 1%, but I'm near certain it would make Rabadons increase your bonus health by 1%.
