W now generates and gives triple the Shield and heals for 100% of the total Shield instead of remaining

Also, while on R, he can't be CC'd

A few things I'd change to make it a bit more 'Doomy'
-His passive is *always* active, and actually gains damage and radius stacks permanently as people stand in it.
-His W gives him a lot of armor/MR or movespeed
-During his ult, large pillars of his Q damage falls across the arena (Like his TFT version)

And of course, because a lot of the bots also had the ability for global passives if not selected:
-Periodically players will get dragged into the death realm to face a Mordekaiser ghost for 5 seconds.

Instead of having his domain be small, his R can turn the entire map into his domain, and while in it he becomes a giant, his hp increases by a lot and he can have lots of small mordes runnin around smashin up everybody
I think that'd recreate the sense of dread teemo radiated in the mode :]
