I had an issue where I didmt have any sound. Tried everything she said to do. It didnt work.
I wound up unplugging my tv, then unplugging back in. Then it worked!

Just bought this Samsung tv. It worked perfectly for the first week. Mounted it beautifully on the wall now I get no sound on any of my apps like netflix amazon prime movies, Apple TV. YouTube works. Spectrum app doesn’t even play anymore so forget about the sound. I did all the fixes and nothing has helped. So frustrating.

I’ve owned two Samsung tv’s in a row that I’ve had problems with. The first one at 3 years old had a dark wide black out of the screen running from top to bottom. My second one won’t let me adjust the sound from any remote. Samsung customer service tried for an hour to help me to no avail. It is also 3 years old.
On to a different problem. I have a Samsung gas range and after a year and a half the oven is 25 degrees off and needs to be recalibrated. What’s up with Samsung?

My issue is that whenever I watch movies on my Samsung LED TV using a USB, it ruins the pleasure of the movies as sound disappears often and ultimately I have to shut down the tv...
I tried to solve this issue after watching your guidance but still no success... while normally watching the TV this problem never emerges....

I have very strange problem with my TV sound. When I connect my Cable with HDMI or laptop with HDMI output, sound works normally. TV speakers are working. When I volume up or down or searching throught MENU there is a sound. BUT my APPS dont have a sound. When I connect my USB or External drive to watch movies from it no sound. I tried to connect even bluethood earphones there is a sound when I volume up or down but content itself (youtube, movies from USB) no I mean.... Really...
