My theory: During the Natlan archon quest, we see Teyvat's "true sky" slightly tilting us to the fact that when Scaramouche said, "the skies of Teyvat are fake" is real. SO MAYBE JUST MAYBE Teyvat is an upsideown planet in Honkai that was unexplored and hidden by a "fake sky" created by the heavenly principles of Teyvat meaning the only ones who were able to pass the borderline of the fake sky were Traveller and Aloy since they are all from completely different worlds, and Mavuika broke the border as well.

I don't think it has much to do with Honkai star rail, but with Honkai impact 3. Because it would be like different universes within the Imaginary Tree. There's also a theory that Celestia is protecting Teyvat from the Honkai Force.

The full plan of mavuika the shadow of phanes (the unknow god, and the god of death) the angel and fairy (we can be prery sure that Columbina is an angel) even more lore about Phanes and his battle with the Dragon sovereign ( they've been too much overestimate in my opinion) and for the last things the fake sky being confirmed
And this his just a comment about lore
For me act 4 is for me the 2nd best quest just being 4.2 and the masquarade of the guilty

For people saying that what if teyvat is in the hsr universe, is a good theory, but im 95% sure that is impossible, you see:
In hi3, gi and hsr they sare the multiverse with 2 clear characters that are in the 3 universes, himeko and raiden ei/mei. So since both hsr and genshin impact have their own raiden ei/mei they cant be in the same universe
