I'm so good at doing nothing 😐. When i get into my head, i escape. World class day dreamer. I think I'll set that alarm to remind me to do something.

I set anywhere from a 7 - 10 min alarm for me to just relax and think about nothing but letting my body and mind be. I just went and set my daily alarm to put at least a minute or two daily for myself, thanks for the ideas♡

I have flip phone no internet...it helps with reducing stimulation and distractions. I have a laptop but I leave it at home. I never got used to a Smart Phone and am trying to avoid purchasing one for as long as I can. I have control and I welcome being bored. I listen to an mp3 in public transportation. No need for GPS since I don't drive a car anymore. No need to be connected 24/7.

I have an alarm in my phone a couple times a day that says “dance”. So I get up and dance for a few minutes to whatever music I have going. And I always listen to music while working.
