Season 5 Updated Best Chain Lightning Sorcerer Build Guide | Diablo 4

This is an Updated version on the Best Chain Lightning Sorcerer Build for Season 5 in Diablo 4. This build has recently been updated with significantly improved mana regeneration and damage. This build is optimized to easily clear Tier 8 Infernal Hoards Solo and Destroy Uber Lilith in Seconds. Can you please show us what kind of choice we should make if we use a one-handed wand and a book instead of using a two-handed wand while setting up the damage.

Thanks for a great guide! It seems most chain lightning-builds S5 recommend vulnerable damage > critical strike damage for optimal dps. Why is that? You tested this?

I used you Golem necromancer last season and it was great, I am currently using lightning spear but am gonna switch to chain lightning as it seems more fun and I do not have a shako.

I’ve been trying to make this build I have starless skies and I’m trying to use it with the no Uber version and I just can’t seem to get to do enough damage in t6 hoards I’m barley hitting 1-2 mil per chain lightening

I don't understand the thinking behind the Elemental Summoner board where the Reinforced glyph provides a bonus to all rare nodes, but they remain locked.

tried it, same gear. died to much.. and always got 1 shot at the end boss… compared to using might i could tank everything.. (t8)

I left my T8 build for this and spent 3B on items with GA.. The only thing I do not have is +4 to Glass canon. (4, 000 attack damage) I cannot do T8 & I get 1 shot in T7 still… what am I doing wrong?

well, with one or two uber-items, pretty much every build is ‘the best’. For the casual single player there are almost no great builds. instead we are flooded with best build here mega build there. the same sh*t, every day
