What do you think of Creative Paperclay? It's a lot cheaper than La Doll but i noticed that it tends to have a noticably rougher texture, paper flyaways and people say its harder to create small detail. Would it be okay to use Paperclay as a base and then a layer of ladoll on top of it to have the smooth texture and malleability of ladoll/premier?
For a larger doll like a 1/3 size doll, i thought it would be best to save the more expensive clay for finer details only.
