I "smuggled" 4 olives from Italy to my ranch in New Mexico 30 years ago and two trees are doing fantastic. Great video and thanks .

I love this video. My family produces olive oil for personal consumptions (Palestine) and I always laughed at high end chefs pouring what seems to be triple filtered bleached half a year old oil and call it "Extra Virgin". They have no idea what extra virgin olive oil is! Me personally I love unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. Right from the fruit from the first press as is. This kind of oil has the best flavor ever. Fun fact, we have a generic term to describe some old olive trees locally as "Romanya" (Roman). Not because the Romans brought it, but because the tree was there during when the Roman empire took over the land! Some old trees those are.

As a Spaniard living abroad, this video filled me with so much nostalgia. Thankfully Spanish extra virgin is readily available here in Sweden so there’s always a bottle oh EV from Jaén in my pantry. Nicole, the production value of your videos has skyrocketed lately. Congrats!!

Finally, a channel that speaks very clearly about the good uses of olive oil and above all the Spanish origin of its world production, even from another country that claims to have its origin and really all they do is just bottle the Spanish olive oil and put a label of their country as if they were their own.
