People who call others "ugly" are the *truly* ugly ones, period. No level of external beauty can compensate for a mean, unloving heart. I'm so happy these two found eachother - I remember coming across his videos years ago and he seemed like a kind and genuine person who hadn't allowed for the way he had been treated make him a bitter person. That takes strength and character.

Because of how he was treated by the people around him, negative thoughts succumbed within him and he lost his self confidence and became insecure and started doubting about how he looks.

I think he's a decent looking person who can look better if he changes his hair style, clothing, starts working out etc.
