The honda prelude was one of the better cars that honda ever made that most people tend to forget about... snazzy, sporty and didn't break the bank. Great video.

I've had my 4th gen prelude for almost 20 years. It was my daily for 15 years straight. It's currently at 425k+ miles...not bad for a 92 with the sohc. I changed the trans last year bc it finally went out, I put the lsd t2t4 in it. I'll be doing the engine swap as I give it another go for wheels, paint, suspension and interior work. And I'm finally doing the sunroof conversion. Better late than never.

As a prelude owner, I'd say the most important thing in the gen 4 is look for rust on the inside of the rear wheel well, they tend to rot because of condensation

My grannie has owned a 2.2 VTEC 97 prelude for 20+ years and I love it so much and love riding in it

Going to buy a 5th gen SH 5spd 1 owner with 325, XXX tomorrow …the love and attention this guy paid to the car is phenomenal. Maintained strictly by a honda dealer. Only aftermarket piece is the radiator . Not to mention it is bone stock down to the cassette player. I normally wouldn’t even consider a car with that many miles, but the fact that this guy treated her like is own child made me fall even more in love with it. Planning a full rebuild of motor and tranny within the next year. Still keeping everything else stock. Love to the Prelude family out there.

I had an 01 type sh. It had an intake, full exhaust, a tune, upgraded clutch, those polyurethane motor mount inserts and some good tires. It was a very fun car. Every so often I think about getting another one.

When all the kids were rocking their civics and eclipses back in 01 i had a 99 prelude SH. These jokes forgot to mention it had the most aggressive VTEC on any honda. @5500 rpm it sounded like it was going to eat your face off and shit out a civic.

Honda prelude 5th gen was my first car, still have it and it’s my favorite car ever, was my dream car since i was 11 and i finally got to buy it at 15 yrs old and seeing that y’all finally made this video made me so happy
