Connecting to Raspberry Pi from Andriod (ssh & VNC) - Headless Operation - TheSmokinApe

Just a quick video where I show how to configure a Raspberry Pi 3 for remote or headless operation using an Android tablet from Samsung.

We will connect to the Raspberry Pi with Termux and RealVNC.

Just found your vid ime new to all this .I have my printer set up in my garden shed I have the pi3b+ with octoprint ive got very good wifi signal if I start a print through my laptop and then go to bed with my tablet do I follow your guide to be able to monitor print through my android laptop many thanks in advance 🙂

when I attempt to ssh, it does not work. The terminal just stays empty and nothing new is written to it.

I would never have figured this out on my own. And I'm ok with computers. Thanks for the tutorial! I've only one HDMI monitor and switching back and forth between HDMI channels was a real pain. This is fantastic! Cheers.

Nice it works. But i want to use my regular screen also. As i am using it to controll through my phone only. When i plugin my screen. It shows nothing but if i play something, I hear sound. So there is another desktop how do i see it.

I can ssh to my pi using my laptop over a lan. But it wont let me log in using a android phone.
