The Coros App has the ability to allow you to create and upload workouts directly from the app to your watch. This allows you to create complicated running workouts, upload them and then simply follow them on your next run. I have been using this feature for a few months know and it has really added value to my running training. The app is simple to use and intuitive and the training runs you create can be as simple or as complicated as you like. You can set the parameters around your heart rate, pace, power, cadence etc.

By using the workout feature and customizing your training runs, you can take the thinking out of those more complicated training runs.

Very helpful, thank you. Just one thing; lets say I'm doing 6 x 1ml reps with 3mins rec. At the end of each rep do I need to press the Backup button to register the time of each and start the Rest (recovery) period. And repeat the process for the Rest period?

Can you tell me if this applies to coros pace 2?
Also when you exceed your pace do you have an audio signal or vibration?
