I have the following utility, all of them were paid ones.
AirParrot 2 ($13.00) - Lets me cast/mirror my monitor to Apple TV and to Chromecast.
Controller Companion (From Steam: $3.00) - Lets me use my controller as a mouse and keyboard, really good for media use. It also makes the controller work on games that don't have a controller support.
Wallpaper Engine (From Steam: $4.00) - Lets me use animated wallpaper, con side it does resources so it slows the computer down when rendering or playing a game, but I made it when something goes full screen the wallpaper goes black so I can still play games without any sacrifice.

I use Greenshot. It is similar to ShareX, but adds a context menu each time you make a selection. It allows you to copy directly to clipboard, as well as upload to popular image sharing sites. Highly recommended

My fav is the software from Logitech which basically indicates the lock keys on the keyboard like caps lock and num lock are on or off.
It's great to have it when your keyboard doesn't have a led indicator.

As a graphic designer I use Snipaste: Snipping tool, plus color picker, like "Sip" on Mac. And QuickLook: Preview any files, including .ai and .psd files, with just the press of spacebar, like preview on Mac. I recently switched to Windows so I was looking for MacOS features on Windows.

Nice list! I'm already using some of them. Another utility that I find useful is called "4t Tray Minimizer" which allows me to keep a window on top of everything with a simple right click on the minimize button (customizable)
