Follow Along 30 minute landmine workout. this is a fully body barbell workout using a landmine attachment you can do at home or in the gym. These include many of the best landmine exercises ideal for functional training and strength.

What does functional strength mean? Functional strength is the ability to move a load working all your muscles together with full range of motion in a variety of directions.

Thank you for this great video 🔥🔥🔥 I need to do S&C for boxing and Muay Thai specifically. If I were to do this workout 3 times a week, do I still need to do another form of weight training or would this be enough? Thank you

This was a great workout. Love your videos, you’ve help me gain my confidence back after being out of the game for a few years. I feel stronger everyday. I worked out in my bedroom today. I put the bar on a pillow and my yoga mat so I don’t fuck up my wall. Thank you!

Great workout. I just discovered how unevenly weak I am. For the floor press, I could barely hack it even with the weight removed. Had to give a little right hand assist.
