Hey everybody, if you guys are deciding on what kind of paint to use for the trim of your house here are the three that we use

Benjamin Moore advance we use on occasion, the issue with it is it oil based so it takes a long time to dry (16 hours)

Sherwin-Williams pro classic is an acrylic/latex water-based paint, which gives a really good enamel finish so it’s nice and smooth dries hard but it’s not a long term wear and tear product but it works great for 90% of most applications.

Sherwin-Williams emerald is a urathane trim paint, which is made with a urathane, it is said to have a better chemical, where, in tear type properties than pro classic, it drives very hard, but it does take 3 to 4 hours for it to dry or to re-coat

ProClassic has a waterborne Alkyd version also. I believe it come in the White ProClassic can. Great Product!

Too late now, but for knowlege-sake...I used Advance for painting int. doors (roller/brush) and didn't always wait 16 hrs. between coats. They were dry to touch and didn't clog when lightly sanding with 320 screens between coats (boogers and dog hair).
In a worst case, what happens? Do the 2nd and 3rd coats trap the uncured 1st coat and make it bubble, leave dents?
Thanks for any info you have, and God bless you as well.
