Poseidon: Russian Underwater Drone That Can Sink Britain

The most dangerous drone planned for the Russian military in the coming years is the Poseidon, which is slated to come into service in 2027. While several years away in development, the weapon is chilling. It is an undersea drone launched from a submarine that is equipped with a nuclear warhead of up to two megatons.

The drone will be powered by nuclear-propulsion so the Russian navy will not have to worry about it running out of fuel. If the nuclear plant becomes operational it could have unlimited range.

I'm afraid that Poseidon can carry not just 2 megatons, but 200 megatons. This is 4 times more than in the Tsar Bomba, the shockwave of which shattered windows at a distance of up to 500 kilometers.

Other sources state the capacity of this weapons will be 200 megatons as a minimum in order to create the level of destructive wave that is required. Normally such a large weapon has size and weight issues in regard to delivery, this is not an issue with a submarine type design.
If this gets used, it will be a very bad day.
