This should have only been a feature for Hoopa, as we all know from the movie that Hoopa summoned all the legendary Pokemon through his rings. Reason why the other elite raids don’t get this bonus is because it was only meant for Hoopa

I think what I learned was if a pokémon is attracted by an incense, if you don't catch it, it'll flee which is very stupid

I was super disappointed with this. Elite raids are hard enough to do. The lack of spawns just makes elite raids not worth the travel to get to them.

They just changed the incentive of doing in person raids. Now the incentive is you don't have to pay for the raid passes after they aimed the price 😂

In the tynamo community day event it came back but only for tynamo it was when you beat an eelektrik raid
