Super helpful-- I use a Mac so this saves me a lot of headache. But event w Think Diffusion its still taking a while to generate-- 1:30:00 for a 600 frame video set at 720x1280. I'm thinking it could have something to do with the quality of the source image I uploaded, but does that sound normal? Any advice appreciated!

Is there a completely free way to convert 4min video to modern looking animation, which doesn't require super computer and doesn't take too many hours of work (few hours is ok, but it shouldn't take like whole day)? Of course conversion takes hours and hours on a slow computer, but that shouldn't take days either, because this is our only computer:
