No. Former GM here. Fun fact: Every meat Chipotle has ever had to this day has come precooked from distributors, with the exception of chicken and the old chorizo (not that plant based crap). Even the seasonal Carne Asada and Pollo Asada comes precooked yet costs more than fresh chicken. I can only imagine the corners they’d cut for Wagyu.
