In this video, Tim talks about the benefits of rebounding and how you can do it without a trampoline.

It's silly. BUT it could be worth exploring. Just a little bit each day can go a long, long way.

Thank you .I started last October and have lost 90 lbs with home exercise . People laugh at me walking backwards and on toes and up hills. I don't care what they think .I'm proud of what I've done.thank you again.

Don't recall ever having a doctor mention the lymphatic system to me -- but the more I read about it, the more it seems to be "key" to many areas of health. The up-and-down affect of bouncing (or rebounding) is another way of making gravity an ally. Great addition, Tim!

This is NOT SILLY. You are a blessing. Most doctors will not tell us about this. God bless you ❤🙏

Thank you so much for this! I was looking at rebounders and can't afford the 2000$+ price of a Bellicon, nor do I have the space to use it. Your video is an excellent idea!!

I jump on my rebounder every morning without fail. It's the perfect way to start my morning workout. I work with the geriatric population doing physical therapy and 99.9% of them are not rebounder material. I incorporate a lot with Qi Gong moves such as shaking of the LEs and UEs to help remove toxins and increase mobility. I will add this gentle non-rebounder rebounding to the mix. Thanks, Tim!

This is great. I’ve been reading that there’s lots of health benefits to simple rebounding. This is a great start. Thank you for sharing 🙏

I used to do this instinctively as a kid, especially when I was in front of the TV. My mom thought there was a psychological reason, that I was autistic or anxious, but It simply felt good. I'm doing it now, feels even better when you're older.

This isn’t silly at all! Draining your lymphatic system has so many benefits! Thank you for this wonderful alternative to a rebounder equipment which I can’t have easily since I travel pretty much full time! Really appreciate this YouTube from you! Thank you! 😊

Did bouncing for 5 mins holding my kitchen countertop! My calves are tired - I like the feeling!

I've been doing this daily for 10 days now. My chronic back pain is a lot better. I was told 6 years ago I need neck surgery. My forward head posture is almost gone, pain much reduced, and my "Buffalo" hump is virtually improving. I have also found this lowers my anxiety. Also, there is less knee pain and more energy...all in just 10 days ❤ Thank you!

Using a rebounder tends to give me vertigo, sadly, but this is doable and, surprisingly, very fun! Thanks, Tim. BTW your "bodcasts" cover a varied and interesting range of topics!

I just tried this to a fast song for four minutes.
I am 62.
It really is a workout.
I will ad it to my routine.
Thank you!

I do QiGong bouncing and Feldenkrais hopping PLUS I use my Cellerciser several times daily. I am adding box jumps now. As always you are ahead of the curve with your advice and demonstrating of these fantastic moves. All of the best!

Hey there, Thank you so much for the video, Tim. Found you searching DIY rebounder because I love rebounding but-- you're so right! This is very close to the same thing. I'm cert Energy Medicine Yoga and we also have a move that is similar and super great where we clasp the hands in front of the chest or outwards, go into a seated chair-ish position and stamp the heals down. It is incredibly powerful. With these reminders, I'll be ramping up and playing around with this a bit more before looking further into any type of DIY rebounder.

Thank you for the video. I have a rebounder and love it. Tai chi has similar exercises of bouncing the body around to stimulate the cells.
