I know this video is really old, but it's also by far the best resource of its kind! I would be so happy if you were to pick the series back up. There's so much information out there "for families, " but not much actually made for people with autism themselves to independently improve their skills

Hey! I'm not autistic but I have ADD and I have trouble with hygiene and especially showering, because it takes me a lot of time (about an hour) and efforts so I often skip it for several days. It makes me feel uncomfortable and unconfident. This video helps me a lot, I will try to make my own step-by-step poster. If I think to do it, I will keep you updated with my progression.
