oh no, , , , I am in Y13 and have no idea what I did in school for 6th form. I really want to get 3As so I can get into UCL. Is it too late? I do physics, chem and maths

I have 5 C's or above including all 3 core subjects. I have double B in science, a C in English eg level 4 and a high B in maths. I also have a merit in Horticulture. Technically I have all the GCSE's required by the state. My life was quite difficult, I'm one of these people that could have got straight A* in all 11 subjects, instead I was sent to all the bad places like my old learning disabled college which I HATED! The student there were a bunch of stupid illiterate thugs. I am capable of so much more then the friggin glass house college!!!! ) :< I'm considering re doing my maths and science because I know I could do better even though I technically have passed! The only subject I struggle with is English, I only got a C in English, it is a pass, a standard pass but I am content with that for now.
