I'm in the process of launching my own vending route, and I've used Brandon's advice more times than I can count already. I'm probably around a month from getting my machines placed, but I'm sure I'll continue to come back here for more advice, and eventually, I'd love to bring on more entrepreneurs as contractors, but in the process of them working for me in that capacity, I'm also coaching and mentoring them to be able to either lease-to-own their own machines, or walk away and pursue another industry. Either way, they are working for themselves, which is the goal of entrepreneurship

The newer big automated car washes are taking over in my area.. the old school ones get very little traffic.

Very good advice. However, the down payment for SBA loan will vary. Really depends on how comfortable the lender is. Most are going to want 20-25% down.

Just closed on a self serve with the property. We ended up at 22% down on the SBA backed loan with a 25 year term.
