Answering the phone in English has been my fear for a long time. Still now when I answer I always hope that the communication will be clear 😅 Thanks for the lesson 🙂

As a native English speaker, my phone conversations mostly go like: "Mhm, yeah, uh-huh, yup, got it, right, gotcha, ok bye"

Great video for call center workers, sometimes it's very hard to understand a native speaker due to the phone's interference. Thank you so much Rachel!.

Great lesson as always Rachel. Was wondering, you should record one of your phone conversations with up close views of your mouth. You could slow down some of the points of interest to really study the topic.

ive just watched your video about job interview in America, that was the best tutorial ive even seen. so that i have to come over and check whether youre still making videos. Those tutorials are great, the biggest challenge to non-native speaker is that we dont know how to make the conversation become "colourful" and interesting
