For ladies! I missed my period from June to October, got it back in November and things are going back to normal again! During that period when I didn’t get my menstruation that was the same time that I was really stressed with school and I had swimming and track and field trainings almost everyday. November my trainings were put on end and I was more relaxed and shit and I finally continued my menstruated cycle after a lot of months.
