That’s my husband. It’s definitely a learned behaviour from our parents. I met his mother.

Yes
I've recently learned that I'm emotionally dysregulated.
I've wondered all my life.
Im glad that I've figured that out.

I think you bring something very special in this world. For now the program is not something i am able to do but in the future i am sure it will be. Anyway, your videos are incredibly helpful to me. Thankyou for taking the time and effort to make this world a better place.

Thank you for making this video.

I have always struggled with melancholic episodes and it wasn't until last year when I went for therapy that I realized I also struggle with anxiety. I even discovered I had anxiety attacks but I never knew what they were.

I struggle a lot with sleep and headaches and I now know from watching this video that my headaches are somatic symptoms of anxiety.

I am trying (although mostly failing) to keep my happiness hormones (dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin & endorphin) up by doing healthy things, but I haven't begun to work on my anxiety especially when I get attacks.

For me it is cyclic, knowing its pattern would be very helpful, thank you

i have always experienced it both ways but the cognitive effects were stronger. since 2021, I have been experiencing it more somatically. Right now, it is both. I am unable to focus or study. I can't think. I am overwhelmed. I am also extremely nauseous, I can't eat, sleep, breathe and my muscles are tense. It feels horrible.

I know where my anxiety comes from (an awful lifetime disease diagnosis and the fear of the future of it). I don’t know how to stop worrying over that.

I still don't know how to deal with the grief + loss of my femininity . Men make me feel worse about myself. Plus the fact that I'm immobile . It gets on me. Thank you.

You are talking exactly about things I have read in Loretta Graziano Breuning's book: healthy habits of a happy brain. Such a wonderful and helpful read. Especially tapping into the animal brain. I suggest for anyone to get into that easy read. Even the prompts in the entire book are amazing

I suffer every single symptom on here every single day from waking up to sleeping, I’m constantly at hospital, my body is blotchy for hours, white lips, I pass out it’s so bad

Thank you. Brexit (I live in England) and covid have made me ill. I now see, thanks to your video that I can over come negative thoughts, that may be behind my physical and emotional problems.

I have both. It used to be mainly cognitive with just a few somatic. The passed few weeks it has turned to intensely both. To where my legs move and my body freaks out. It has been so exhausting 😢

I get horrible headaches, not feeling well, I start doing more ocd behavior, forgetfulness, dizziness, stomach issues, ect when I am anxious, even get them somtimes even if don't necessarily feel anxious.. I also have panic attacks after thoughts. I have both somatic and cognitive :( the somatic is instant as well I can't control it, I can wake up with it out of no where. I also have health, I'm a big mess lol. Just started emdr finally. Hope it helps.

These are very informative subjects, right to the point and excellent delivery. Will definitely subscribe. Great work and thank you. By the way there is a well respected dynamics engineer and Rabbi and author in JLM that maybe you'd be interested to speak with him. I strongly believe the biblical point of reference can be yet another helpful tool in rectifying the psyche and promote healing for all.
