Tuck your fingers in, towards your palm. Wrap your thumb over your fingers. Squeeze towards your pal, and release to straight fingers. Repeat as required. This exercise can help improve grip and dexterity.

It's easy but it's not easy when you can't clench your fist. I shall try to do this daily but how long should I be doing this?
