Thank you for making and posting these excellent videos. I will be referring my students to many of these. However, a small correction to point out is that kilograms (kg), seconds (s), and meters (m) are not "dimensions", they are the SI "units" for the dimensions of mass, time, and length, respectively. I often make the same mistake when speaking and try to correct myself. Also, metric and SI are not the only two unit systems (though, this is probably common to teach at the high school level). SI is also referred to as "MKS" (for meter, kilogram, second). In astronomy and astrophysics, we often use "cgs" (centimeter-gram-second). If you recall from your upper-level physics courses, SI is probably the worst system to use in advanced Electromagnetism. Many of us have blocked the memory of Jackson's E & M text from our minds. Note: I've been telling my students that "units are their friends" for years. Like minds, I guess. Now I'm feeling rather sluggish...

Hmmm. I am not sure how to take this. If you truly meant "the sucks" then I should be hurt. If you misspelled "the socks" then this comment would make me laugh. Hmmm, which one?

hey mr.p! Do I need to know Algebra 2 to take AP physics 1? or can I be concurrently enrolled in the class while taking AP physics 1?

hey mr. p, my book says that "all physical quantities can be expressed as a combination of only four fundamental quantities: length, mass, time, and electric current." so does that mean that temperature, amount of substance, and luminous intensity can be expressed by length, mass, time, or electric current? because I thought the last three are fundamental as well, therefore cant be expressed by the first four. can you help clear this up for me?

What do you mean by using the lecture notes responsibly?

Wait, in every textbook I have seen, it says pounds is the SI unit of mass. Hmmm, I wonder why...

This is a great learning tool but its crazy that I'm paying thousands of dollars for a professor to not do their job and tell me to watch youtube videos to learn
