So let's talk about audio descriptions and who they are helpful to and how! Below are some links to where you can find some media with audio descriptions online:

I love the way the internet is becoming more accessible because I am starting to not be able to understand, likely due to my hearing, things unless I read them, so having the option for closed captions and video descriptions is fantastic. because sometimes I don't understand what I see either so if theres an option for visual descriptions it makes it to where I can enjoy the content as well. Thanks for making your videos accessible and easier for everyone.

With whole brain radiation I could lose my hearing for awhile. Stuff like this could help. You are so full of great ideas. Thank you for all you do

Thank you for explaining this. I've seen some people writing some descriptions on their images but never really understood why. Thank you so much. I learned something new today <3

Sometimes I use audio description when I can't fall to sleep. I use it kinda like an audiobook. It helps me clear my head and fall asleep easier.

Yes! How neat would this be on YouTube! I have nystagmus / double vision / vertigo and can't focus for long. It would be lovely to see audio descriptions more widely used. A girl can only listen to so many podcasts 😆

I do hope they add this option in the future :) I always feel bad when I do something in a video that's entirely visual knowing there's a good chance someone is missing out on that part of the video.

I'm not blind but I'd find this accessibility feature helpful, as an autistic person and someone with chronic pain/cfs, for when watching a screen is too overpowering or otherwise not the preferred method of enjoying that piece of media. These image descriptions could be super helpful for anyone who looks away when scenes in movies are too flashy, when too much stuff is going on at once, or if it's just too bright!

Just found your channel and been watching all your videos and just wanted to say you're amazing! I've been bed ridden for four years with many neurological issues that make it hard to function on any level and just seem to be getting worse. I have yet to find a diagnosis. Being so young and disabled, I felt like I was so alone and no one really understands. Watching your videos and hotpinksun was the first time I could relate to people my age who really got me and what I was going through! So grateful to have found you two! I just wanted to know if you were apart of any online support groups or how have you been able to make friends that are going through similar experiences? Sending so much love your way! <3

This cleared up some things for me, because I never realized that audio descriptions could be of use to more than just hard of seeing people. When I was little we used to have the audio cassetes to Aladdin and The Lion King and Alfred J. Kwak and they were a lot like the audio description track on a DVD/BluRay and I loved them to death (literally their death ^.^' ). So if I feel like watching a movie, but can't see the screen for some reason, I like to use that audio track.
Also spotted a typo there. It's brawny, not brauny. ;)
