Hi Jacob, I've watched all of your videos. I just downloaded Luminar NEO to my desktop after my laptop crashed. When I went into develop raw, I was able to find my camera presets in the drop down box. I have a Canon R5. After changing my Luminar Neo from the laptop to desktop, I no longer see my Canon camera presets on the develop RAW dropdown box. It's just the default Luminar Neo preset. How do I get my Canon R5 lens presets back? they were very helpful.

Hi, great videos, thanks for sharing. I have 9000 photos (in folder structure) stored on an external usb3 hdd, one catalog (also stored on the same same external drive). The problem is that viewing photos is VERY slow, going back and forth between two photos takes up to 10 secs! What would you advise to help with this situation?

I have a white ghost effect or halo slightly off the edges of a white flower on a dark background. How would I remove it easily in Neo? Its like a out of focus translucent white line fringing the white flower petals. Noticeable when I zoom in. Any suggestions anyone?
