Why I dislike Comcast!

So the year for our $99 promotional "Triple Play" price is up, and I go online where I manage my account to remove the cable portion of our service as we use Netflix, and Amazon, and most of the cable channels are garbage anyway. We watched Food Network, BBC America, and Discovery, that was it. And of course, you can only add features or service on the website, you have to call in to cancel any service. This is the 6th year I have done this and every year, they offer to renew the Triple play promotional price. But more interestingly is the fact that every year when I try to call and cancel any part of my service, I go through the phone queue, and finally get where I need to be, then the automated attendant hangs up on me! It has done this for 6 years! Every year I complain because I have to drive to Nashville which was the nearest Comcast office. They offer their sincerest apologies and I forget about it until the next year. It Just goes to show how underhanded some companies can be! I went on a chat session pretending I wanted to add service, and then told them about my problem and to get me to a manager. I told them their upper management should watch this video. I hope it goes viral and gives Comcast a real black eye.
