@AidenR90 yup same here. I found a 14 year old at the very same reserves with potential in its high 70's through high 80's but from Mexico. It sucks waiting:(

The players predicted potential is reflected by the predicted data the player has. When you sign a player and you have the player progress through his career obliviously you get to know the player better and the players data will change accordingly. The longer you have the player the clearer it is to the manager as to what type of player he is going to be.

@MyDell24 Yeah, it comes out the 27th of September in North America. It's released @ midnight for locations that are holding midnight release. Not all locations are doing the midnight release though. Your best bet for a midnight release is @ a gamestop or eb games.

I just scouted a 16 year old cm!! He's rated 53 and has huge potential :D Im excited now to play him. Im stoke so it won't feel unrealistic playing someone with such low overall so he's on my bench for cup games xD

The rating system after each game was crap in fifa 11 but in the demo it's improved a lot, maybe that was the problem because my goalkeepers always grew, and I'm glad scouting is back because that was really good in previous fifa's.

I had a Portuguese CB "Eduoard Meireles" who started at a 72... he only grew to a 74 though after 2 seasons of regular playing time

@rocapablo The squad report is great for looking at players overall stats. On other fifa's you couldn't see how many games they played, goals they scored all together, you had to look at their stats seperately like for league and cup. Also it has their morale and fitness which is a nice feature aswell as their current form and shows you exactly how they are improving if you press 'rb' on it.

they improve as they get older and have more experience, if you loan them out to another club then they will grow faster hopefully.

@CaLiReav3r The do get taller and yes, you should keep them in the academy until they are 18. If their overall is still under 60, you just have to loan the out. I usually don't add players to my squad if they're under 60.
