@NapoliAndProud Yes it's much better than last year. New things: youth academy to scout young players and train them. You can now loan players out to other teams so they can grow. Player's growth is now fixed and works ok, unlike last year where it was random and very bad. There is now an end of transfer day deadline where you have 10 hours to make the last transfers, very good option. Players will let you know if they're happy or not depending if they are playing or in the main team, etc.

Hey bud totally agree with u on the new career mode, its really great, it looks fantastic and the extra features work so well. If you don't use your virtual pro then just go on manager mode instead of player manager mode, you can still play every game with the whole team. Also if you fancy a challenge try taking a lower league team up to the prem and champions league. Jim

@NapoliAndProud Also now there is morale and form, besides the other player's stats. They depend on them being in the first team and if they play regulary. There is a new squad ratings menu and squad info where you can see what detailed stats your players are improving and if they're happy or not and why. A fun thing I discovered is that for example if a player is passing a lot they improve passings or if they cross a lot they improve crossing, wich adds realism to the game.

I've just finished a season with Liverpool beating Chelsea by just 3 points, i'm really enjoying this game so far, i haven't got bored of it like i did with fifa 11 the career mode is excellent

I played about 30+ seasons on fifa 11 with numerous different teams. its my favourite part of fifa every year!

@Calfreezy Career mode is better than ever. In my opinion on fifa 11 there was absolutely nothing to do apart from play game after game and it really didn't feel like you were achieving anything. On fifa 12 the menu's are better and more accesable, the new scouting is great as is the new transfer deadline day and how teams bid for your players. New commentators are class and how only monday night/midweek games are at night. Also players interact with you now so overall I think its brilliant :D

My favorite addition is the Youth System. It makes it so much more realistic and fun to play. :D

this was a good video but if you could try to show in depth how you buy players, the new ways of negotiations, the transfer deadline and also the youth system it could have improved your video but overall it was good!

@Calfreezy Will you be doing a RTG when your internet comes back on? I really enjoyed the two for fifa 11, especially the Russian League. Doumbia, what a find, scored so many goals :)

@NapoliAndProud Fifa has all the licenses and it's just fun to play career mode and see all teams and players real although Pro has the Champions and Europa League, wich is pretty awesome. I haven't played Pro since the first day but having played 1 season in Fifa, I think the games go better and are more real in Pro..IA in fifa is strange sometimes and defense system is also strange..I think I could have more fun with Pro in the end because of how the games play out...so yea try it out.

@Calfreezy the player growth is in the squad report. at the end of the season it shows + or - by the players stats from the beginning of the season. so like for me i did manager mode with Man U and Tom Cleverly started the season a 77 and by the end of the season reached and 82, so when i went to squad report it showed +5 by his original overall. props on the vid also

When you finish a season this year and get offers from other clubs do you actually get the option to play as Player Manager again for the different club, or just Player or Manager, that was a big downfall for me last year, it ruined the whole aspect of changing clubs for me :/

I got so bored of fifa 11 manager mode as well, but fifa 12 has everything I wanted in mm, I love the youth system and growth system, and everything else keeps me playing it.

Does it still take 7000 years to pass the time? Like when a match is on let's say the 27th and it's the 4th. It literally took ages to skip the days.

I bought pro evolution 2012 yesterday and it's shit, I'm gonna sell it and buy Fifa 12. Pro 2012 is even much worse than Fifa 11, it's a dissapointing game in nearly all aspects..
