I seem to go long when the trend is ending so frustrating but defiantly had my stop in there made little win had a better entry but cancled the order like a dope learning my lesson trying to short the pullback when i should be buying Got to get in the trade when the setup shows I seem to wait to long and 70% of the move is done . Was not a my computer for that nice short 😒 figures but tommorow back at it.

Yes. You are right, do not fight trend. In this video, you explained how to identify a start of a new up trend and how to trade it by riding the trend with a long entry. I do have questions: (1) how to find opportunity to start a long entry? Is a pullback and an rejection from price drop? (2)How to set up a proper stop? (3)When will be too late to start an entry? (4)How to tell the difference between a reversal of trend and long trend with some pullback? (4) What is the sign of a start of trend reversal to down trend or going to sideway?

I lost trading paper on TOS. But I was trying to figure out how to put in stops and target's so I really wasn't trying to trade. Took me awhile to figure out why anytime I entered or exited a trade it would be 10-20 points off from where it should've been. Come to find out data is delayed 20min on TOS paper if you have less than $500 in the account and even though your chart and ladder are 20min behind, the platform enters you at rea time market prices.

The reason folks try to short the pops is because all last year that's what worked. They're conditioned with recency bias.
