Good tips. With email automation I like to survey the customer first and once we know the rating would be 4+, then we ask them to leave one and provide a link direct to the review forms

Like the recommendations overall, some good tips!
1) It doesn't seem "right" to only ask for reviews that "focus on the positive" -- that's skewing reviews and would look bad to be telling people what to write in their reviews. If this isn't going against policy, it probably will be.
2) Why not mention why Whitespark is being promoted here? A Google review link can be copied from Google Business Profile and there are other QR code generators. If SEMrush is saying this is the best tool out there, fine, but be transparent and mention that other platforms already provide this and why a specific one is being promoted.
3) The link at the end that is pointed at in the corner to click on, isn't there/working.

So my business has a thousand more reviews than the second-best restaurant in town. Yet it doesn't even show when searching for restaurants in the area. Any tips?

Ask your customers for feedback instead of a review. It makes it easier for them to leave feedback and will do so more often than if you ask for a review.
