October 2023 Update:
I just tried it. Still works! And the stupid “call your wagon” bug appears to have been fixed! Although calling a different horse is still acting stupid and buggy.

*START YOUR TIMER AS SOON AS YOUR CHARACTER CAN MOVE.*


2022 UPDATE: We can no longer skip the cutscenes. Super lame. Make sure to not go too far away from these locations shown in the video, the henchwomen will come back to kill you. If you die, you’ll have to start all over from the beginning. Etta shows up to your left at exactly 4 minutes and 20 seconds.

Remember to start a stopwatch or timer for 30 minutes as soon as the cutscene ends, and deliver her at the 30 minute mark for the highest payout. There's a 1-hour real-life cooldown before you can start another Legendary Bounty mission. If you're going AFK, make sure to keep your catalogue open so you don't get booted off.
(12 minute inactivity you'll automatically be signed out for being idle)

Quick tip, if you don't want to use a bounty wagon just toss her on your shoulder and stand /near/ (but do NOT enter) the yellow zone. She won't break free from you there. I've had her hogtied with just the normal lasso and waited there for 20 minutes without her getting free.
