I think this is well analyzed and summed up incredibly. I just wish the you didnt brush over the idea of mass incarceration. it the catalyst theme in the whole album. I also wish you had "I know you desperate for a change at the pen glide, " as part of the change quote.

i feel like this album was simply dedicated in memory of his homie & his daughter, then fans ran with that calling it a whole concept album. the breakdown shows how good of a project it is, but the concept aspect just sounds like your reaching. when you truly analyze it's basically collective of song that speak on J Cole's thoughts & views at the time.
