It amazes me how every review focuses on speed tests. But the reviews barely speak about feel, cycle, how they hold and aim at full draw. Like the things that actually matters.

Excellent comparison! Stick to the measurable that hold value and are absolutes. No subjectivity of overrated marketing jargon like “feel”, “draw cycle is so smooth”, “this bow is dead in hand”, etc…
Just facts. Actual measured ATA, draw weight, overall weight, speed.
Props to Mathews for drawing at a 4fps draw weight disadvantage and holding its own against an excellent Hoyt offering this year at all draw lengths.
Both are super great bows, both will punch a lot of tags! Longer risers with less reflex gets my nod for overall better option, but there is no wrong choice here.

You didn't pick one !!! Whats the point??? I know the specs, everyone has been regurgitating them for the past 2 months.

Bought the AX-32 and absolutely love it. I shot both the lift and AX. They both shot awesome, but Hoyt is just a more solid platform

Maybe instead of focusing on a side by side comparison of speed which is usually beat to death by everyone on YouTube, focus on other things that may be a bit subjective.

-Ability to torque
-Valley, how much can you relax before the cams take off
-Throw a sight on and see which one has the greater pin float

Again so many reviewers focus on speed, back wall, and draw, I would like to see some different things covered.

I live in Kinston and will definitely check you guys out. Both those are smoking fast and quiet also. I see no deference in them but I think they differ in price by several hundred. How much is the Mathew’s?

Can you redo this with them set at 80 pounds???

Toss the Darton Sequel 33 ST2 in there with speed mods. It has a very similar draw cycle to the Lift.

Bruh, I wish! Anyone of them would be a dream. Unfortunately here in Brazil we don't have any good hunting bows.

If you like Matthews buy it if you Hoyt buy it is there a reason you have to be like the joneses

Get off the fence and give some critical feedback. I don't have a bowshop within 400 km, which is why I watch these reviews. Not so I can hear "These bows are both so great you need to go to your shop and shoot them."

Tried of watching guys that sell bows never give an option ever!

The one that doesn’t have limb splinters and cut cables on the mods.

The lift x looks horrible. But that’s just my opinion and I’m sure it shoots extremely well.
