2025 Mathews Lift X: FINALLY, Brand New Tuning Feature in Action!

preview_player
Показать описание
The 2025 Mathews Lift X is an updated version of the wildly popular 2024 Lift. The Lift X features Mathews’ new tuning feature that eliminates the need for a bow press in the tuning process. And the Mathews system is unlike any other on the market. Also new is the Bond modular grip system, where Mathews offers different grips for different preferences, and those grips simply snap into place without having to deal with messy glue. The limbs are built using a new manufacturing process to eliminate problems that some Lift owners experienced last year. Besides all that, it’s still a super-light, super-fast bow.

The Mathews lift RS has my interest. It’s not as heavy as the elite artus and hits pretty hard from what I’ve read. My draw length is also 27 inches so the shorter axel to axel definitely intrigues me.

Thats actually not bad numbers at all PJ. Its a nice upgrade to the Lift Platform. Plus the new addition to the bond grips. I feel it was a good launch from matthews. I'm interested in the RS for my wife. It looks impressive. Lift 33XD for goliaths. All around awesome. Looking forward to the target launch as well.

I've always preferred the wood grip over rubber. And hated the plastic and bare metal.

Do you purchase the grip separately, does it come standard with a specific one, or can you purchase a set as pictured in this video?

I’m curious if you can still use the top hat system to deal with a bad tear or is the new system intended to completely replace that top hat system? Thanks

I’m hoping my draw length goes down .5” I will take that RS

Can the new limb shift be retrofitted to the 2024 lift?

I did not buy a Mathews last year because of tunability. This has my attention 👀

So can “tune” w/o press for right/left tears but wld still need a press to time the bow.. seems bows need more tweaking for timing than tuning over a period of shooting so wld still need a press or SAS to time?

Something I notice when reviewers do speed test is that there is some confusion about speed ratings. ATA spec is 70 pounds, 30” draw, 350 grain arrow. They are advertising an IBO speed which is 80 pounds, Maximum draw of the bow, 400 grain arrow. If you set the bow to IBO spec it will probably get really close to 348 fps. Either way, it’s just a marketing ploy because that performance is basically unattainable in a normal hunting setup.
