I crash coursed your questions last night for an interview in a sales role, something I've never done before. No shit, they asked about 15 out of your 21 questions, and I was armed to the teeth. I am having flashbacks of how I would have handled myself if I didn't prep with your useful video!
Best part is: They told me they would let me know in the coming days, and an hour later I had missed a call from them. I quickly returned the call, to find out I was hired, and that it was the most confident interview they had seen in recent memory! You're a bloody philanthropist!! Due to your guidance in this video I was able to confidently secure a role. I've been actively looking for about 6 months. I've scored interviews but the outcomes weren't what I wanted; some did not yield a satisfactory offer and even worse, some interviews started making me nervous as heck so I was passed over. The night before my interview I watched your video 4 times. I created scenarios in my head and repeated them over and over until they were perfect. A week before, I stopped drinking coffee because it made me overly anxious and I wanted to be calm for this interview. They asked me two questions from this video, "what motivates you" and "tell me about yourself". I was able to construct the best responses and even added more of my own flavor. The interview lasted 30 minutes, I asked follow up questions about what their expectations were. Later that afternoon I was contacted with a job offer at the highest starting rate for that department! This has been one of the best videos I've ever watched on how to properly respond. Thanks for giving me the confidence to secure a wonderful opportunity!

I was a bit worried that the content would run too long (23+ minutes) but I was riveted the entire time. I was so busy saying "aha!" and "oh ok" that the time flew by. Richard's voice is so easy to like and I really got some new information - he doesn't talk about redundant or obvious do's and don'ts. A Must watch for anyone getting ready for an interview.
