1. Revision of chapters 5 to 6 times is good
Revising by recalling you notes not just by reading or copying.
At least writting 10 percent of the notes during revision
2. Walking around or easy/simple exercise or taking nap to improve focus and interest
3. Taking enough amount of sleep atleast 6 hours because connection of learner topics happens while sleeping
4. Memorizing hard topics by using mnemonics, flow charts and diagrams.
5.revising studied class topic on same day not to leave for afterwards
6. Always choose uncomfort over comfort.

In this video bhaiya discussed about:1.Don't watch unnecessary contents or binge watch as it will raise ur dopamine to the highest and will result in lack of focus...2.Repetition is key revise a concept again and again even during travelling 3.Active recall not only while studying but at the end of every week, months....4.During breaks u can exercise or walk to refresh urself and get ur energy back.5.Dont compromise with ur sleep....do ur best ! Train ur brain to do painful things ....
