Yes, great news institutions are buying more Lucid shares. And end with Tesla having a good earnings call this should have a momentum on EV stocks, and of course, lucid stock should be going up steadily. Leading into court the earnings for Lucid.

I expect earnings to be a mixed bag, really good foreward looking info but unimpressive numbers. I expect reservations to be down because of deliveries, all the negative macroeconomic headlines, and shortening lead times. None of that concerns me. COGS will remain high until the factory opens in 2024.
Be cautious if we see the price ramp too early. Many have been burned chasing momentum with Lucid.

Lucid is another Nikola. Nikola went from $10 to $94; back down to $2.50. Nikola was supposed to have a killer pick-up truck, tractor-trailer and leading-edge proprietary technology for hydrogen-powered vehicles. Lucid has 1.7 bill shs outstanding. Nikola had many institutional and mutual fund invesotrs. Just like Lucid. These large funds will delay the inevitable. But it won't stop the collapse of Lucid's share price. Finally, Nikola's share count went through the roof and is currently 512.8 mill shs. Lucid actually beats Nikola in shares. Lucid has a whopping 1.7 bill shs outstanding. Lucid's cash & investments are $3.3 bill. Which may sound like a lot. Unfortunately, Lucid is burning thru about $400 mill of cash per quarter. It's almost a certainty the Saudi's will have to inject more cash into Lucid because no one else will. In summary, I think Lucid's stock price trajectory will be up and down and then crash altogether. Same as Nikola Motors. Anyone who says otherwise should clearly explain how Lucid can ever become profitable

LCID will never be TSLA 2.0, TSLA produced 1.38M cars in 2022 and is projecting 1.8 to 2M for 2023. TSLA's demand is twice as much as what they are producing, they announced today they are going to raise prices on the Model Y due to increased demand. They are projecting 12 giga factories by 2030, LCID badly needs a cheaper car in the 30 to 50k range. If this earnings shows slowing demand LCID will be in trouble, it's one thing to increase production, but they need to increase deliveries also.
