2025 Lucid Air GT Blows Past 500mi In Our 70-MPH Highway Range Test!

Kyle charges up the 2025 Lucid Air Grand Touring on the 19" aero wheels and sets off on our typical 70-mph highway range loop. This is the longest range EV we've ever tested! He runs the car until it stops moving, which took quite a long time. Enjoy the video.

Thank you, Kyle, for doing this. I'm no longer able to do anything close to 500 miles without pitstop(s), but there's comfort (station) knowing the car can go far longer than I ever could last without going. :)

I love my Mach-E GT, and its ~300 mile range has served me well, but the idea of going 66% further on a full charge, in such a comfortable vehicle, definitely appeals.

I totally wish I could afford a Lucid, although I only need 20 to 30 miles of range for my daily commute. I am anxiously hopeful for Lucid's mid-size, lower price vehicles.

The long range EVs are there. Over 400 miles is not impossible. Even 500 miles. Not everyone needs this range, but nice to see it has become reality.
