My opinion as a local.

1. Lot 10 lower ground is a food court (hutong) but with AC. The owner of lot10 chose each stall owner carefully before opening the foodcourt. Not many stalls as the space is limited.

2. Jalan alor is very long 500 to 600 metres. And open air. Therefore, the choices are more obviously. Mostly good food but some may not be good.
