lol i’ve been to mental hospitals many times and the people there are literally so cool and nice, the scariest part has always been the way that they’re treated, especially back in the day

I’ve been to a mental hospital because of self harm but some of the people that were hurting others were very chill and we could all open up to each other since we wet all going through the same thing there was someone tho that was really crazy and had to be separated from us but in the night I would wake up hearing him screaming and banging things (this is when I was 11)

Guys mental hospitals have art therapy gyms you can play in talk to friends etc, they don’t strap you to a chair psych wards help you and for those who are/were in one don’t be ashamed you are strong loving great AWESOME I am standing up for you❤❤❤❤
